This is a fun masala flim starring the superb performer Nasseerudin Shah . Here Hiralal ( Nasseerudin Shah ) is auto rickshaw driver in Hyderabad who does everything in filmi style, watches every flim first day first show. He always has a dream that one day he will find his dream girl like in films. One day he lands up at a film shooting, ans finds out that his dream girl is the heroine of that film.To get to know her, he starts working as a helper on the film's sets. He helps Roopa ( Sanjana Kapoor ) emotionally and in many other ways. He becomes very popular on the set. Suddenly though, one fine day, all the cast & crew of the film are gone all of sudden without paying the rent of the hotels. Hero Hiralal comes toBombay to find Roopa. He struggles a lot to meet her but as she is an actress, it's almost impossible. Finally, when he meets her, he proposes to Roopa who in anger, insults him in front of everyone on her set.Shocked, Hero Hiralal decides to commit suicide and plans a filmi . After that situation he meets Rani Sitaradevi ( Deepa Sahi ) who is a famous showbiz organizer . She decides that to show the live death game of Hero Hiralal, will make her a lot of money. Miss Rani's publicity leaves Mumbaikars shocked and excited. Will Hero Hiralal really give his life & will die in the name of love ?
