Kiran Dutt (Dimple Kapadia) as a police inspector was raped by Sukhdev (Puneen Issar) and his friends. She is supported by doctor Asha Mehta (Rama Vij) and Suraj (Raj Babbar). In the city, rape instances were increasing by the day. So, all the victims get together and decide to teach a lesson to all rapists.

Doctor Asha Mehta and Kiran lead the group. They makes the masterplan, Kiran Dutt will bring a record of all rapists and one by one they will trap each, give them brandy to get unconsious and thereafter castrate them. They gain success in their plans.

What will happen in the end? Will they finally surrender themselves to the law?
