A kind and honest person Satyendranath Malhotra lived with his wife Suman and son Rajeev. Satyendra worked as a clerk under a proud person Kripal Singh Chowdhury.Ater sometime Satyendra went abroad and set up his own business. Kripal Singh could not accept Satyendra's improved status. Rajeev met Kripal Singh's only grandaughter Rohini. Satyendra decided to fix his son's marriage with Rohini, but Kripal Singh did not agree with this proposal and insulted them. At the college tour Rohini realised Rajeev's feelings and they fell in love. One of Rohini's admirers tried to punish Rajeev. He hired some criminals from a dancer Reeta. Some terrorists came to know about Rajeev and Rohini. They came to know that Rajeev and Rohini belonged to a rich family.The terrorist Manga kidnapped them and demanded ransom from their family.Rajeev and Rohini escaped from Manga's grip.They came back home and decided to tie the knot. Kripal Singh proposed to Satyendra for Rohini 's hand in marriage,but Satyendra did not agree and insulted him.The police department awarded Rajeev for his bravery. At the function Rajeev was targeted, but Rohini saved his life. Manga was arrested. The family realised Rajeev and Rohini's feelings and accepted their marriage.
