Story of this film is so complicated that it cannot be written in brief. Any how here is an effort to condense it into few words. Surya Prakash / SP (Jagapati Babu) is a chronic bachelor. He hates love and girls. He has a nemesis called Bhavani (Ramya Krishna). He wins a court case against Bhavani that entitles him of a fortune left by his deceased father. Bhavani vows to see the end of Surya Prakash.

Surya Prakash's residence is adjacent to a Girls Hostel. Surya Prakash secretly sponsors a girl called Sandhya (Nikita Thukral), who is a step sister of Surya Prakash. But Sandhya is unaware of this fact. Sri Kumar (Venu Thottempudi), who is a brother-in-law of Surya Prakash, is a Casanova. He falls in love with Sandhya at the very first sight. Satya Bhama (Sangeetha) is also an inmate in the Girls Hostel. She falls in love with Surya Prakash. Later it is revealed that Satya Bhama is a younger sister of Bhavani.

The rest of the story deals with how all these relationships fall in place and lead to a logical conclusion

Then there was a village in coastal area. Sivudu (Allari Naresh) belongs to lower caste and Katyayani (Sadha) is a chaste Brahmin. When the village head (also Sadha's strict barhmin father) played by Mantripragada Venkat Rao comes to know that they fell in love, he decides to hang them off because inter-caste love/marriage is a sin as per their village laws. These two souls take a rebirth. Kathyayani is born as Uma, a sister of powerful politician (Benerjee). Sivudu is born as Kaasi, a NRI orphan who returns from USA to do a Telugu music video album. He is in search of a pristine Telugu girl and he finds Uma. They fall in love, but her politician brother wants her to get married to his nephew (Shafi). Uma and Kaasi run away from Vizag city to coastal area and incidentally they land in a place where Kathyayani and Sivudu lived. The village men identify them. The rest of the film is all about how all ends well.
