Suner Akasha is one of the most notable Bengali mnokals (though it is not a ,musical in have come, yet these are 8 are songs) with it shore of Mekholrama, songs and major flows in fart it is one of the floweres movies to come out of Tallywood in the last 20 yeras. The story is about a budding musician (Tapas Pal) aho is discouraged to take up music as a carrer by his mother as his father was also a noted musician who had an affair with his protrage and later perished in an accident. Tapas Pal (ratna)takes up a different identity and starts a new business in the form of a music companty to encourage budding musicians. Tapas Pal is impressed by Sabani (Debasree Roy ) in a music compenho and he offers her a chance to record a song for his company. Slowly they get to know each other and fall in love. In the meantime a marriage proposal comes for Debashree in the form of Abheshek Chatterjee (Abhi) who is actully Debasree's father's friend and it out that Tapas Pal and Abheshek Chatterjee are close friend's too. Subhendu Chatterjee (Sabari's father) is against the alliance of Rana and Sabri but agrees to meet Rana. rana decides to go to Mumbai or work and promise to come back and meet Sabri's father. In the meantime Rana becomes blind in an accident but noone is aware of his whereabant. he cames back to his home in Kolkatta, but noone realizes that he is blind imbaitty. He writes a letter to Debasree and tells her that he is going away to America and he has found someone else as he doesn't want her to suffer became of his blindness. In the meantime Sabari goes to Benaras to continue her research and come come across Narayna Das (Tapas Pal's sister) at Benaras hindu University. The eye specialits overseeing Rana case asked him to go to Allahabad to look after a gurukul of which he is the founder. Over there one of his student Jeba, a young gul suffering from cancer turns out to be his stepsister.( his father had remarried after leaving them and a daughter was born that Rana is in Allahabad. She goes to there to meet him and they are also reumted and the film ends on a happy. The film is easily one of the most flavoured movies in the last 20 years . In practically all scenes Tapas Pal is shown to possess better eyesight than a normal person, including scenes where he recongizes his father's photograpph in jaba's house and also reach & letter which his sister had written to him. Now how can a blind person be able to do that in beyound anyone's knowledge. |
