The guy loves the girl so much that he is eager to help her make contact with the boy she's fallen for! The girl's friends smell a rat. Naturally. Why would anyone want to be of so much help in such an affair?
Chinna (Vishnu), a wannabe television reporter conducts a sting operation for a channel. The scoop with evidence of a minister's involvement in a scandal pertaining to setting up of a thermal power plant is telecast on all channels except the one for which he was commissioned to do the sting. The channel's head played by Posani Krishnamurali himself wonders why the investigative report is not telecast by his channel. The MD of the company is threatened by the minister and therefore it is not telecast on his channel. Chinna chooses to give the investigative report to all other channels and the minister who is exposed is sacked from the ministry.
It was no easy task for Chinna to do the sting operation. He is hunted down by the minister's goons and they take him for dead. He awakes in a hospital and is informed that a doctor Alekhya (Lanvanya) was the one who admitted him there. Out of the hospital, the man is on a mission - to track down Alekhya. The 'cutie' steals his heart but she sets her eyes on another doctor. Chinna helps her out in the affair but eventually, and not unexpectedly, Alekhya falls for Chinna himself. That is exactly what Chinna wanted.
Love is not all what life is about for the good doctor that Alekhya is. She does not know who but she soon realizes, thanks to Chinna, that her life is in danger. Someone is desparate to kill her. The rest of the film is about how Chinna takes the girl to the very same family where the conspiracy is being hatched to kill her. That's danger zone. But they do land there. And it is time for some drama.
It is hard to imagine someone with the nature of Chinna. The director takes a lot of liberties with the characterisation. Nevertheless, Vishnu cruises sticking to the characterisation, doing a commendable job. You have Brahmanandam in the movie and so you've got the comedy that you expect. But go expecting to see him slapped, as usual. If Brahmanandam is your excuse to watch the movie, you haven't got reason enough.
Somewhere along, it all appears so confusing that closing your eyes for a while you feel is the best option. You are refreshed. There is a wasted character of Ali and Posani `Raja' Krishnamurali with his now very familiar way of addressing everyone as `Raja'. Vishnu shows off some dance moves but it certainly was odd to watch a close-up shot of his feet when they were hardly any movements worth watching at all.
