| Karan Malhotra (Akshaye Khanna) and Priya (Ameesha Patel) belong to a rock band of sorts and are lovers. Karan is the leader of the group and finds that it is not easy to achieve what he really wants in life. One day he happens to meet up with an industrialist called Raj Singhania (Bobby Deol) and a contract is signed between the two for his band to sing on a cruise undertaken by Raj. He agrees to do so and later conspires with his girlfriend Priya to take over Raj's vast estate by setting up his girlfriend to marry Raj.On a chance encounter one day Raj and Priya both meet, whereby Raj falls head over heels in love with Priya. Later, they both got engaged. Raj then introduces Priya to his entire family and a date for marriage between the two is set. On his wedding night, Priya speaks to Raj that she must remain a virgin until one month for a religious reason, and he agrees to do so. Unknown to him, this is a conspiracy by Karan and Priya. After a few days Priya decides to break her plans with Karan, however Karan then decided to destroy both Raj and Priya. After learning about the truth between Karan and Priya, Raj and Karan have a scuffle which leads to the death of Karan and unites the married coule for years to come. |
