The movie tells about unemployee Vishnu who stays along with his friends and he is also an excellent mimicry artist. He gets pager messages from a girl called Sandhya for whom he responds in no time by calling her up. Vishnu tells his flashback to his friends who misunderstand the pager relationship between him and Sandhya. Satya and Sandhya are lovers. Satya's mother gets a heart attack and they need 3 lacs for her treatment. Incidentally Sandhya is an employer of this hospital which is owned by Bhavani Prasad. So she pleads Bhavani Prasad to grant her a loan to save her would-be's mother. Bhavani grants her loan but he put an agreement that she would act as his wife for some months. She also agrees this and she presents Satya a pager telling him that she would page him as and when required so that he can talk to her over the phone. In the Meantime Satya is died in an accident while saving Vishnu. While dying Satya hands over the pager to Vishnu and asks him to take care of Sandhya by talking to her over over phone by mimicking Satya's voice. Then he wants Sandhya to hate Satya to an extent of not willing to meet him in her life. The rest of the story deals about whom Sandhya will marry? And what happens to Vishnu?
