| The movie is a political drama laced around with a beautiful love story and lot of family sentiments. The story is set in a village called Karlapoodi of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh. It consists of two faction groups headed by Sivaramakrishna (Satyaraj) on one side and Trimurthulu (Chalapathi Rao) on the other side. Sreenu (Adith Arun) is a happy go lucky guy in the village. He is a loyal sidekick to Sivaramakrishna and spends most of his time working for him. One fine day, Sivaramakrishna comes to know that his daughter Gowri (Dimple Chopde) is getting close to her collage mate Chandu. Sreenu takes the responsibility and clears the clouds regarding her relationship with Chandu. But, unknowingly he gets attracted to Gowri and falls in love with her. Twist in the tale comes, when Sivaramkrishna comes to know about Gowris love affair with Sreenu. On the other hand Kota Srinivasa Rao wins local elections and starts creating troubles to him by joining hands with Trimurthulu. They also plan to kill Sivaramakrishna. Why they want to kill Sivaramakrishna ? Will they succeed in their attempt ? What happens to the love of Sreenu and Gowri ? What obstacles will they face to protect their love ? All these form the crux of the story. |
