Here, there are two good friends who are air hostesses-Shanti Priya and Gayatri and one of them ( Vega) is retrenched. Instead of being considerate, one asks the other to leave as her boyfriend is coming in to live in. Left with no option, no money and shelter, she is seated at a restaurant . Her boyfriend Seshu ( Nalla Venu) arrives only to inform her that he wants to call it quits as he finds Shanti Priya's character confusing and so has become 'physically' comfortable with her friend Gayatri and wants to marry her instead. Gayatri too is in love with Seshu but she has her own temporary live-in partners that we mentioned before. There is another character Rao (Vipin) with a weak body language, diffident and is generally a loser. Shanti Priya seeks shelter in Rao's apartment and just then Rao's ex Tara steps in to reconcile with him. The character of Tara had the potential to really act but she is terribly disappointing. It is okay to have too many plots and sub-plot scenarios but what matters is how well and interestingly has the director connected it. The plot is not very unsettling for women, they are all old bold and are fine being like that with no guilt or regrets. |
